Applicators / Machinery Operators

Cogdill Farm Supply is now hiring custom application machinery operators!

Apply crop protection, fertilizer, and soil amendments to customer fields
Operate new, well-maintained equipment
Full-time and seasonal positions are available
Full-time positions will have have additional duties outside of application season such as hauling grain or propane

Operate application equipment in a safe, professional manner.
- High-clearance sprayer
- Floater spreader
- Tractor & NH3 Toolbar
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of application equipment.
Pay attention to details, and provide high-quality service to customers.
Properly handle work orders, tickets, and other documentation.
Assist all departments with operational duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Cogdill Farm Supply is willing to train applicants interested in custom application as a career.

Must be able to obtain Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s license.
Candidates must understand the seasonality of crop production and the in-season time commitment.
Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Candidates with agronomy or row-crop farm experience, or experience operating heavy equipment are preferred.
Candidates with a Class-A CDL and endorsements are preferred; Cogdill Farm Supply is willing to provide new hires with CDL training.
